All domestic and international orders are shipped via FedEx, unless you choose USPS. Since we do not typically ship US mail, be sure that you have provided a physical address to avoid delays. If you select USPS Priority or International Priority mail, be aware that these services are not trackable and not insured. In the event of loss or damage of a Priority or International Priority package, we will assist in any way we can, but the buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage when they select these services. All FedEx, UPS and USPS Express packages are insured and trackable. Some large rigid cases will be shipped via Greyhound Package Express. All orders are insured, so please report damage within 72 hours.
All shipments are governed by the rules of their respective carrier. Colorado Case company shall not be responsible for delivery problems, including misssed delivery dates/times that are the sole responsibility of the carriers. While we will assist with any problems, your sole remedy is limited to a refund of the shipping charges, per our sole discretion.
Most stock items will ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order.
